At CasualVybe.com, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below for more details:

1. Refunds & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)
    • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@petedoug.com.
